CCIH is comprised of member churches and synagogues throughout Contra Costa County who are committed to providing permanent, affordable housing and support services to homeless people in Contra Costa County. Currently one apartment property, Garden Park Apartments in Pleasant Hill, houses 27 families.

Volunteer opportunities include after-school tutoring, mentoring, and hosting meals.
